Seems it will not import users

Everything seems to work, but when i go into the admin controls and try to import it will sit it there for 10+ minutes and never make progress, and map will not update.

I also did this as i saw in a prior thread:

and i get

XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity

Before trying these beta files, can you post source of the error xml generated? I want to see where is it breaking.
